I think this furniture store is one of the best. So far the owners have been friendly, trustworthy and go beyond to make the customers satisfied. The store is clean and organized .

We purchased a love seat and chair from Neelu at Sleep and Dream St. Catharines a few weeks ago. It was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time. Right from the start Neelu was very helpful and patient as I took time to decide on colour, size etc. She gave good professional advise on fabrics and has an excellent eye for colour. The furniture came on time as promised and was delivered by Neelu's son and a friendly, careful team who also took away our older pieces to donate. She even threw in coordinating cushions as a surprise! It is well made, looks great and we are happy with the new pieces. I will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you Neelu.

Not open it was 7pm and they're open till 8pm? Note to owners response. We double checked your hours standing infront of your store we were driving around and even selected "open now" and it was after 6 and showed "closes soon". It looks like hours are a recent change.

My experience at Sleep and Dream could not have been better! The owners were extremely attentive, I spent a long time describing what I wanted and they worked hard to ensure we could make my vision come to life. On top of their attentiveness, they were kind people who were a genuine pleasure to speak with. The quality of the products I purchased were great, and they have definitely gained a loyal customer out of me. Sleep and Dream for all your furnishing needs! EDIT: I went back to Sleep and Dream to furnish my living room and was yet again overjoyed by the level of customer service provided. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for your attentiveness and for helping make my home more beautiful.
