Slavi's Machining Services

Don’t trust this shop at all , that’s my story it was may 30th 2020 I took a little job for him to do so simple he kept saying to me I’ll do it tomorrow I’ll do it the day after for two weeks and he never gav e me a price how much it was going to cost , I asked him so many times how much ? he kept saying i’m thinking about it and I’m thinking about it until he finally start to work on it when he finished it with my help telling him what to do… I asked him how much do you want to charge me ? he said it’s $1350 or $1000 cash it was my fault to give him the money before I go and get another estimate somewhere else I did give him $800 cash no receipt but I knew it was a lots of money for this small job it was on my mind for two days later on I called another machine shop in the area for an estimate and I couldn’t believe the price they gave me it was $150 unbelievable I was sick to my stomach , I went back to him and told him What was the estimate from the other machine shop I said to him How about you keep $300 and refund me the rest he said no I said I’m willing to pay for the job $400 more than the double price than the other machine shop he said no that’s my price and that’s my rules I was so disappointed that’s why am writing this review about him don’t trust him at all go somewhere else so many machine shops in the area .

I've always received great friendly service and reasonable prices from Slavi's. You don't see to many old school businesses like this anymore!

I have used Slavi's Machining Services several times over the past 10 years and have never had any issues with Slavi or his work. In fact the accuracy and care taken has far exceeded my expectations and I will continue to use Slavi's Machining Services for future projects.

PATHETIC ! It is with Great Disappointment that I am forced to write this terrible review for Slavi, but it is necessary to inform the public so they can maybe avoid the nightmare he put me through. I am advising you .... NEVER take any piece of equipment to him and leave it for him to work on, without having a firm WRITTEN Quote signed by Slavi. This would be enforceable if you had to call the authorities, so you can get your property back from him. Also, Never let him Negotiate with you, so he can receive Cash, which is one of his tricks, Eventually this will catch up to him.... This is absolutely the WORST Experience I have ever had, after 35 years in business. Maybe one day he will learn, but I highly doubt it....
