Skyline Hotel & Waterpark

Our family really likes this hotel for the kids. We have a great time each year. The location is great for parking at the hotel for your entire stay and walking where you need to go. The service is great with a texting option for needs or wants. The staff is always helpful and go over and above to make your stay the best it can be. The waterpark is great for our kids ages (8 and 3). Thanks for a great stay again.

Very disappointed. We stayed here for my son's birthday, and the experience did not meet our expectations at all. The room was very basic. The coffee machine was not working — we called twice, and the replacement arrived after more than an hour. Not a great start. Pray you don’t get a room on the lower levels. The noise from upstairs was unbearable. The guests above us were screaming, yelling, talking loudly, and dragging furniture until 12am in the morning. It was extremely disruptive. I finally called the front desk, and they said they had already received multiple complaints and would send security. The noise finally settled around 1:00 AM. We were honestly worried about how thin the ceilings were with how loud everything sounded. The water park was extremely crowded. I truly hope they monitor capacity limits for safety and hygiene reasons. One child had an accident in the pool (it appeared to be fecal contamination), and everyone was asked to leave the pool area for about 45 minutes. There was no clear communication about how the contamination was handled. The next day, another child was bleeding in the pool area and was simply asked to leave, but the pool remained open. That was concerning. For the price point, we expected a much more comfortable and well-managed experience. Unfortunately, we will never return.

My wife and kids came to Skyline Hotel & Waterpark for a 2 day stay, and we had a complete blast! The kids loved the waterpark, movie night in the courtyard, and the Perkins Restaurant as well. The representative at front desk, Harsyna, was just a breath of fresh air to deal with. She extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. She made our stay even better than it could be. We are very grateful for all her help and assistance. Overall, we’re very content with our experience at this hotel and water park which created many beautiful memories for my family and I. We’ll definitely be back again in due time!

We just stayed at Skyline Hotel & Waterpark and overall had a really great experience. I’ll be honest — check-in was a bit frustrating due to the line and wait time. After a long travel day with kids, that part wasn’t ideal. However, from that point on, everything went smoothly. The rooms could use some updating, but they were clean and completely functional. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds — that alone made the room a win for us. Parking on-site was convenient and reasonably priced, which made things easy coming and going. The access to the waterpark was excellent, and the waterpark itself was a lot of fun. If you have kids, this place really delivers where it counts. No, it’s not a 5-star luxury hotel — but for what it is, we have no complaints. It’s a solid family-friendly option, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with kids

We stayed at Skyline with our friends and children for a visit to the waterpark. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to be able to check in early, but unfortunately this wasn't an option. (It was inconvenient to have to leave luggage in the car in the parking garage, take in bathing suits, change our clothes in the water park, and then change back again to go get our luggage when we were finally able to check in, all with young children.We also had to bring our own towels for the water park.) The water park was fun, the kids had a great time. There were areas for all ages and food/ snacks available for purchase. The room we had was great. It was clean and comfortable after a long day at the water park and exploring the area. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.
