Super friendly and helpful staff. Helped me find everything I needed and what they didn’t have they went out of there way to try and get it for me. They also helped me with an issue I was having with my air brush. I’ll definitely be back for all my hobby needs

A lovely man helped me track down a screw I needed and didn't even act like I was only spending seven bucks. Sadly, it was for my Sentro knitting machine and not anything cool like an RC plane. The screw was a perfect fit after I knocked off 5mm with my Dremel. Bro saved Christmas!

I can't praise Kevin and Grant for what they do for me. Thier customer service never ends after the sale. They take my calls and questions when I need assistance (new to RC). I've bought 2 boats and two different RC truck/cars. I will always recommend them if any one asks. Thanks guys.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. There is a good selection of RC Aircraft,cars/Trucks and boats. They also have spare parts for most current RC vehicles. Paint,batteries, glue,radios all in stock. If they don't have it they can get it!. There is also a slot drag strip in store. Go check it out you won't be disappointed. Update went there today...exceptional service and knowledgeable staff....they provided me with suggestions for an update ...excellent advice.

Great hobby shop for all things RC! Only wish it had been here when I was a kid, but making up for lost time now. Kevin is friendly and knowledgable. All staff seem enthusiastic about helping others get the most out of their hobbies. Great selection of parts, and ability to shift stock between stores with Burlington location. COVID protocols are posted and followed, safe place to shop. Thanks guys!
