All of the staff at this location are super sweet. They take time to talk to you and get to know you. I get my filler and Botox done here. I can not say good enough things about Megan who was my aesthetician. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I wasn’t in too much pain through out the whole procedure. She gave me great advice for after care and I told her exactly what I wanted and did NOT want my lips to look like and she made them look exactly the way I wanted. She did a fabulous job. I have had lots of bruising and swelling previous times I’ve had it done elsewhere but this time I had very minimal bruising just one tiny one where the needle was inserted (I bruise very easily naturally) and very minimal swelling. I used to hide for three days because the swelling and bruising were so bad. She is FABULOUS and so sweet and would definitely recommend going to her and this location. Maggie who works in the intake office is also great! Super personable and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable. I didn’t get the name of the girl working at the front counter but she was super sweet as well! All around I had a wonderful visit and I’m super happy with the results. I will definitely be back when I need fills in the future. Thank you to the ladies at Skin Vitality St Catherines!

It was such an amazing experience. Very informative and helpful with any other questions I had that they didn't cover. I just got some Botox done today, with Meghan and she was so wonderful and gentle. I barely felt a thing& I can't wait to see how it turns out over the next few days. I stopped going there years ago and now I remember why. Their customer service and care they give compared to other places is very low. I went back there 2 years ago and wanted to do some treatments so the lady at time said deposit 500$ so you can use the promotion, then you decide when you want to do it. I did that and after reading reviews I decided it is not worth it ,so decided against the treatment. Knowing they will never refund back, after 2 yrs I decided to use that money for Botox . Made an appointment and visited the clinic,told the nurse ( which I later find, she was not the actual nurse) my concerns and things I don’t want to happen. Of course they assured you they know what they are doing and it won’t happen. After 8 days of getting my Botox injection I noticed one side of my face starting to drop. On day 10 I made the visit back to clinic because one side of my face I barely had my eye open. The reception first we can’t do anything because it has to be 2 weeks after your treatment. I said I want to see the nurse at least cos I came all the way there. She ( the person who did the injection) saw me and took the picture and she said I need to check my the nurse to see what can we do. After couple of mins text messaging with the actual nurse and combing back for more pictures, she said maybe we can give drops so helps with your eyes. She left the room again and came back and said “we can’t do anything because it is not 2 weeks yet. Come back in 4 days” I told her I am traveling for work in 4 days and I was hoping to be at least presentable in some way not with my one side of my face falling ! It will not get better in 4 days clearly. It can get worse from here only. She said sorry can’t do anything now and come back in 4 days. No accountability what so ever for what they did and telling me to go and come back in 4 days. Still don’t know what they expect to happen in 4 days. It won’t get better. It has been getting worse of course and I am off to travel for work for a week with a face that is falling on the left side:( Save your money and go somewhere at least they can fix the mess they make after and show some emphatic toward you. Customer service at the lowest here.

First time ever. Had such a great experience. The staff are so wonderful and helpful. They really made me so comfortable and excited to start my treatment. I can not wait to go back!

I’ve had Botox for 15+ years and around 40 units and for some reason when I got 60+ units here there was no difference to my forehead. When I tried calling to speak to somebody, they refused to acknowledge the issue and then when I drove back three hours, they only offered five extra units. The manager refused to talk to me and my best friend my sister and my cousin all had the same reaction so it was not me we all got the same treatment at the same day in the same place. They refused to acknowledge or even offer any help that didn’t involve us spending an extra $500 or reinjecting an additional 60+ units. They’re over diluting their material. Don’t trust this place terrible service
