I recently purchased an RV from Sicard RV, and I can honestly say the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every single person we interacted with made us feel valued, supported, and excited about our purchase. Our journey began in late 2025 when my partner and I visited after seeing a unit online. While we were browsing the lot, Rick approached us in the most respectful and friendly way—checking in without any pressure. When we showed interest in a specific RV, he sat with us, walked us through everything in detail, and answered all our questions. His knowledge and approach made a fantastic first impression. At the 2025 Toronto RV Show, we met Carm, who was just as incredible. He spent time answering our new list of questions and made the entire conversation comfortable and pressure‑free. When we mentioned we had met Rick earlier, Carm assured us they would work together to take great care of us—which they absolutely did. When our plans changed and we decided to move up our purchase date, Carm went above and beyond to accommodate us. He helped us secure our RV and prepare everything for finalizing the purchase at the 2026 Toronto RV Show. At the show, Carm introduced us to Dominic—another outstanding team member. He had everything perfectly organized, explained every detail with clarity, and was incredibly pleasant to work with. I also requested a last‑minute pickup because I needed the RV for a special event on March 6th. Rick, Carm, and Dominic all stepped up and made it happen. Their teamwork truly exceeded our expectations. We then worked with Annette for licensing and Amber for final arrangements—both enthusiastic, friendly, and wonderful to deal with. During our demo, Shannon walked us through everything we needed to know. Her explanations and tips were incredibly helpful and made us feel confident as new RV owners. Finally, Jeff in the parts department was fantastic. He stepped out from behind the counter, helped us build a starter list of essentials, and gave thoughtful recommendations that made perfect sense for beginners like us. In short, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every single person at Sicard RV made us feel welcomed and appreciated. They understand customer service on a level that’s rare to find today. Thank you to the entire team for starting our RV journey on such a positive and memorable note. We’re truly grateful!

(I originally gave them a 2-star review. After they saw it, the salesperson sent me a very long "so-called apology letter" which was full of excuses and even included some factually false PA toward me. I then decided to lower the review to 1 star. There was too much content, so I simply asked AI to summarize what happened. The AI summary screenshots are attached. An extremely ridiculous experience.) Nov of 2025, I attempted to purchase a used motorhome from Sicard RV, and the process became increasingly confusing and stressful. The final price agreed upon with the dealership was a little over $100,000. Before I paid the deposit, I was told in writing that the RV came with a 3-month warranty. But after I paid the $5,000 deposit, every contract I received was different: • The first contract: no warranty at all. • After I objected: the second contract showed a 1-month LIMITED warranty with no details. • After I objected again: the third contract only covered part of the interior “house” systems — not the vehicle, engine, alternator, or any drivable components. For a motorhome with a full vehicle chassis, this was completely unexpected and totally different from what I was originally told. While I was still trying to clarify these inconsistent terms, the salesperson sent me a “final notice” demanding I sign by 5pm the same day or the deal would be cancelled — even though two days earlier I had clearly said I would be very busy and unable to reply. Before I even saw the ultimatum, the salesperson left the group chat created for communication between the two companies, before any discussion about the deposit could happen. This was not the first time I felt pressured. Before my viewing, I was told someone else would see the RV the next day (Saturday) and it might be sold, urging me to rush. But when I viewed it on Wednesday and asked why the Saturday buyers didn’t purchase it, the salesperson told me, “I intentionally showed them other units so I could keep this one for you.” If true, this was irresponsible toward another customer; if false, it was deceptive. I did not respond to her explanation. During the inspection, the main control screen didn’t work, and the pop-top roof couldn’t be raised. I was told it wouldn’t open because of “snow on the roof,” but neither of the two used RVs had snow on top (we have video). I didn’t mind, trusting their team would repair everything. Everything was acceptable until the final step — the warranty discussion. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly pushed to sign quickly, with comments like “this deal doesn’t mean anything to me personally, it doesn’t matter if you don’t sign,” while urging me to sign immediately despite the unclear and constantly changing warranty terms. After researching OMVIC, MVDA, and Ontario consumer-protection rules, I learned that warranty representations must be clear, consistent, and accurate, and that major differences between what is promised (including in writing) and what appears in the contract can be considered serious misrepresentation. Based on what I experienced, I had major concerns. In the end, the dealership refused to provide the 3-month vehicle warranty originally promised during the sales stage, and instead cancelled the deal — even trying to sell me a separate paid warranty that was supposed to be included. Their lack of confidence in their product, and the way they handled things after the misrepresentation became clear, was extremely disappointing. Potential customers should be very cautious.

I had an excellent experience working with Quinn Zhang at Sicard RV. I purchased my Roadtrek Zion from her last year, and she was truly outstanding from beginning to end. She took the time to explain every detail, ensured I fully understood all my options, and has continued to support me whenever I’ve had questions or needed help with my motorhome. Throughout the entire process, I felt comfortable and well cared for—she is warm, attentive, and genuinely supportive of her customers’ needs. Quinn listened carefully to what I wanted, respected my budget, and handled everything smoothly and professionally. If you’re considering buying a motorhome, I highly recommend working with her. She is the kind of sales agent who truly cares about her customers.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new 2025 Jayco Swift 20T. This summer we drove Jayco Swift to the United States and visited several national parks, we had an incredible experience with it. Quinn, our sales representative, was exceptional—warmth and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our needs, clearly explained all available options, and ensured we felt fully confident in our decision. We also received a good deal from her! The delivery process was very impressive. The demonstrator was thorough and made everything seamless by carefully walking us through all of the vehicle’s features and ensuring everything was set up correctly. Overall, the entire purchase experience is very good. The team made the process smooth, stress-free. We highly recommend this dealership. We are thoroughly enjoying our new Jayco Swift, which has performed very well so far!

I had a great experience at Sicard RV. The salesperson I worked with, Quinn, initially I met Quinn at Toronto RV show, From the first conversation, Quinn was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on my needs. He clearly explained the differences among class A motor homes to class C , she walked me through total ownership costs without any hidden fees, and never applied sales pressure and super transparent and upfront from the start. No pressure, no surprises — just honest information and clear communication. I really appreciated Quinn’s good character and how smoothly everything was handled. From financing to service, and especially the delivery process, everything went great. i strongly recommend Sicard Rv
