We had a home consultation completed by Adryanna this week and wow! She is by far one of the best customer service/sales person I have ever dealt with! She is the 3 Ps. So punctual, professional and polite, not to mention so hands on! She really knows her product. She goes to bat for you over and beyond anyone I've worked with. Her presentation is top notch with delivery of all window covering sample types and cross sections of their products. Absolutely nothing is unforseen. Their prices are very reasonable for all their products as well. I highly recommend Adryanna and ShutterLux to anyone for any of your window treatment needs. Two thumbs up!!! I needed a specific type of ribbon to repair a client's window shutter. I had visited almost every store I knew, but unfortunately, I couldn't find anything. Finally, at my last stop, I ended up at Shutterlux. It was my first time meeting Lynn, and I explained the issue I was having. Lynn listened to me very patiently and carefully, and although she said they didn't have what I needed, she began checking various places on her computer. She gave me an address and said I might be able to find the item there. After three weeks of searching, I went to the address Lynn had found, and I was finally able to purchase the item I needed for my client.
