Even at work ⭐😀

Fraud! You dont give them your phone number, price goes up 25%. This product is 14.99, but if you dont give the phone number its 19.99. Fraud!

We go there alot for our grand daughter.They all know us trust me.Well My grand daughter wanted another labubu.So as she was using her birthday money she was about 11 dollars short.I went to wallat and realized my debit card was missing.She was upset but the lady at counter (michelle) said dont worry about it and paid with her own personnal card.I was shocked on the kindness.She said you can catch me next time.Now who in this day and age does kind and thoughtful things like this.We left after thanking her like 10 times and as i got to car I found my card and went back and paid her as she was leaving.But she said she just wanted my grand daughter to be happy.This was something ill never forget and as i tell others this everybody says people dont do this act of kindness.Thanks again

This store has a bunch of pretty neat stuff. Very overpriced for some items. Staff are alright. Most seem to be miserable. Seems like there's always something new to see at this store but it's not anything you really need. Still fun to look around. Lots of neat Candy too.

Basically lied to me to make the sale. Not only that she got me to buy the extended warranty on the promise of my son doesn't like the candy machine I can return and I buy something else in store! They are advertising that the machine can pick up certain items. Witch it won't. Yet they have it advertised like it will. Pretty disappointing when someone uses the fact your child is right beside you asking you for the dam thing and as a parent you feel bad if you don't get it. We have all been there as parents. Today I brought the item back in store and she starts to explain there needs to be a manufactor defect. Lol then tried to hand me a warranty guide. Well she never said any of this when she first made the sale. Never handed me an extended warranty paper explaining it and what not or else I would have no purchased it. Defiently be getting a hold of head office. I've spend hundreds of dollars here and the fact I was going to return the candy machine then spend the gift card in their store! Greedy people!
