Shoppers Drug Mart

I guess they close at 3:45pm on Sundays. Was in Welland, stopped at walk in clinic in same plaza to get a refill prescription. Hobbled to the pharmacy counter to drop off. They asked if I have been there before and if it was for today, which I said yes. I was only customer. I was told I have to come back tomorrow. I explained I live in Thorold, but was in the area. They said go somewhere else then. Well the Rexall in Thorold was able to get my prescription done in 5 mins. Much better experience there.

Today my pharmacist at Shoppers on South Pelham Rd Welland and his staff provided exceptional service in tracking a very important prescription with my doctor and filling it immediately 👍

most disrespectful workers i have ever met in my life!!!!! please assist your staff with proper respect !!!!!! won’t be returning i’ll be giving my business somewhere else !!!!! was the manager, instead of sitting down and not doing your job you can easily print off a receipt instead of being so snotty either retire or do your job properly and it’s not just a “til” you can go an print a receipt off

I've been dealing at the S Pelham location for close to 20 years. Pharmacy dept is a MESS! FOR YEARS they go through Frontline staff at the counter, they are not trained know noting about you or even care. Pharmacists are didifferent every other week. If it wasn't for Jesse, who has held this dept together gor years I would've left years ago. So kind, knows everything about your meds, cares about you, calls you by name. NO ONE in there is there long enough to even know me. Now that Jesse is gone, I will not be staying. I need someone who cares about me. Im looking for you Jesse! Raf is a great pharmacist who recently has been helping me. Hope he lasts, but I heard he is only there 3 days a week.

This Shoppers Drug Mart is wonderful, and so are all of the wonderful staff that work that. I recently moved to the area, and at the Pharmacy, have been treated so well, especially by an employee whose name is Angela. Angela, thanks for making every visit wonderful, quick, seamless and easy whenever I need to pick up my prescription medication. You rock!
