I only shop here when I’m desperate. Despite it being a new store it generally lacks in warmth from the associates compared to other locations. I only went in today because on the stores app it said a particular soap was on sale. Turns out even if you’ve selected that store in the app it doesn’t mean those are the stores prices and they do not match them. It was a $2 difference, but out of principle I left it and all my other items. I’ll give my money to another retailer. I truly don’t understand their business logic.

Went there to get my child cold medicine. Waited at the consolation part of the pharmacy for awhile. One of the workers said they would be with us in a minute, after 5 minutes of all the pharmacy workers talking and having a goodtime we still waited. I just gave up and went somewhere else. Honestly just horrible customer service.

Pharmacist would not give me one month of my birth control. It was Friday after my doctor's office closed and I said I will figure this out Monday morning I just need one month and they refused. I said I know you can do this. After a lot of debate they said okay but we're going to charge you. I've been filling prescriptions here for years and they can see that I've been on this birth control continuously for over a year. I was just asking for one month so I didn't have to delay starting my birth control. We have to charge you for a Pharmacist prescription. I said would you rather lose my family's business and they said yes this is our policy. Well you've lost my family's business. They told me to reach out to the owner but I cannot find his email address so I am contacting you here. My brother is a pharmacist and I know what is in your power and something like a birth control renewal until I talk to my doctor on Monday is totally something you can do. And why didn't you let me know that my repeats were were up. I checked my old prescription and it was not on there. Very disappointed.

According to their website AND voicemail, they are open today. Imagine my surprise when I find a sign on the door that says they are closed. I urgently needed the meds prescribed by the nurse practitioner at Sunnybrook during my virtual appointment. Thank GOD I was able to call Sunnybrook back to redirect the prescription. Otherwise I would have had to get into the cue at the ER in person. Crazy that Shoppers has such a stranglehold on the province given how they pull stuff like this and the unnecessary medchecks all the time. Edited to add: the response below is the most performative attempt at resolution. Why should I call? It's not like you didn't knowingly set up your website and voicemail to communicate that you were open that day even though you weren't. I and many other customers showed up to your location during your posted "holiday hours" only to find a paper sign taped to the wondow redirecting us. An ER faxed my lifesaving prescription to your location because they and I believed you were open PER YOUR OWN POSTED HOLIDAY HOURS. I'm not calling and I won't change my review.
