Shoppers Drug Mart

Shoppers Drug Mart proudly sells laxatives, fiber supplements, protein bars, coffee, and half a pharmacy… but heaven forbid you actually need a washroom. I walked in as a paying customer, not a criminal, and was told there’s no public washroom. Let that sink in. A store that caters to seniors, families, people picking up prescriptions, and anyone with an actual medical condition somehow decided basic human needs are optional. If you’re going to run a pharmacy, maybe plan for the fact that humans have bladders. This isn’t a luxury request, it’s basic dignity. I didn’t ask for a spa, just a toilet. Great place if you want to shop while anxiously calculating how fast you can get home without disaster. Will think twice before stepping into this location again.

While I value the services your pharmacy provides, I was disappointed by a significant delay during my recent visit. It took over an hour to process a single medication. During this time, it appeared that the staff member on duty was struggling significantly with the POS system, moving between stations without successfully completing It seems there may be a gap in technical training for some team members. To ensure a faster and more professional experience for all patients, I would strongly suggest providing additional training on the computer systems and workflow management. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to help improve the speed of service at this location. @jaspreet chahal

I went in before Christmas 2025 for the points redemption in the beauty department and Jasmine my consultant. She was so nice and very patient,letting me smell different fragrances etc. I can't recommend her enough

Store will have to upgrade the pharmacy department as the other store in the area at Pelham medical centre has closed its doors for good. It's a shame. Now this other store has a influx of new customers and will definitely go through growing pains to handle them all. My first experience there was not a good one. Had a script submitted early in the day and still was not filled. May want to try a less busy pharmacy for awhile until this store works out their operations better.

New employees have made this post office good again. There feiendly and im not sure what the person/comment above mine is talking about? Im there daily and unless your there at 830am n there not out yet then they always have stamps and coins for sale. Also theres only two tills. The biggest line ive ever seen here n this is after 4yrs of using this post office was 3 or 4 ppl. Now sometimes customers can take along time depending on what there doing but as far as the workers go there pretty fast yet curtious. Use this post office without worry.
