I phoned to inquire about stock quantity of a medication shortly before closing time and I was promptly replied to by the pharmacist who was polite and helpful by taking a moment to check for what I was in need of. This was the only pharmacy that had a positive quantity out of 5 others I contacted. I Love the hours and helpful staff at all Shoppers Drug Mart stores to be honest!

I walked in to do some shopping at this location and the woman at the cashier informed me that I wasn't allowed to bring my purse shopping with me and then I was going to have to empty all of my belongings out of my bag and either leave them with her or walk around with them in my hands while I was doing my shopping. This was the most insulting thing I have ever experienced and so ridiculous. I was absolutely appalled and offended and will never be shopping at this location again. Now they get to decide what size purse you are allowed to shop with? I am completely disgusted with this employee and shoppers drug Mart in general. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me that there wasn't one on duty. Why should any woman have to leave their belongings with a stranger while they shop. So ladies, if you want to shop at shoppers drug Mart make sure you bring a purse that doesn't even fit your wallet. They will never be getting my business ever again.

Aline was a so helpful! I am from out of town and had made a purchase at this store. When I got home turns out I had gotten the wrong thing but I had left my receipt at the self checkout. I didn’t think it would be an issue as I just wanted to exchange for the item I needed. The total purchase was under $20 so you’d think that an exchange would be easy to do. Unfortunate the store where I live was less than accommodating. The supervisor told me she was not authorized to a no receipt refund. Aline went out of her way to find my transaction and send me a picture of the receipt. Thank you for going above and beyond and really caring about the customer experience. I wish the shoppers where I live had employees like you instead of giving me the run around for an under $20 purchase.

I will never come back to this pharmacy again. They lost my prescription that my dr faxed over, and told me it was never sent to them. When I called my dr office about it, they could see the record of it being faxed on my file..so they sent it again with an additional message this time. I came back an hour later to pick up my script on my work break, and when I went to give them my insurance card, the guy said the birthday on my card was “invalid”, whatever that means. I know that it’s not, because I JUST used the card at a different shoppers drug mart(in Beamsville) 3 days earlier…and had zero issues. I also used it at that same Beamsville shoppers a month earlier with zero issues, so I know it’s not my card. But he kept saying, it’s an issue with your card. It’s NOT. Not when I just used it 3 days prior(and also, 4 weeks prior to that with not a single issue) So I had to pay the full price. Over $20 vs .99…it’s not the $20 that bothers me…it’s the fact that they screwed me around for an hour straight, losing my script, messing with my insurance, making me pay full price when I have full coverage. I said to him ”I’m never coming back here again”…he pushed my script to me, and walked away. It was a new medicine for me, and he offered no pharmacist to explain it to me…just walked away. So I left, and checked the slip it came with, and ChatGPT took care of any other questions I had. I can only assume my dr had the script sent to this location because we used to live here years ago, and it was by accident…but I will absolutely be making a note on my chart to NEVER send my scripts there again.

Came here to purchase nail polish with my daughter. All kinds of sale stickers all over the Essie productsfor half price. Purchased two, and then upon checking receipt, see it rung in at full price. Went back to inquire, was told they put the sale sticker on the colour sample, its not for the whole row. Sale sticker does not state selected colours anywhere. Apparently the customer was supposed to figure this out. Terrible. Do better Shoppers. Ill think twice before shopping here again. Prefer to go to places that are up front about their pricing.
