Shoppers Drug Mart

I visited the post office this morning and had a very disappointing experience. The man working there was extremely rude and clearly does not know how to speak to customers with respect. His attitude was unprofessional and made the whole interaction very unpleasant. Staff at a public service counter should be polite and helpful, not disrespectful. Very poor customer service.

Switched over prescriptions to this location from a a pharmasave. The hours are better. The gentleman at the front who helped me multiple times is amazing. Joshua is always pleasant and helpful and an awesome addition to the team there. His service was a 10/10 and will be recommending this location to others because of how awesome he was! I have been in the hotel business for many years and this is exactly the type of personality that keeps people coming back. Please ensure he is properly acknowledged for his fabulous work ethic and overall demeanour!

This is honestly the best Shoppers I’ve ever been to! The staff here are incredibly nice, helpful, and patient. The store is always well-stocked and they bring in new items very quickly — there’s always something fresh to discover! The pharmacy team is also very professional and friendly, and they always take the time to answer questions thoroughly. I’ve been coming here for many years and the service has always been amazing. Plus, there are plenty of great deals on discount days! Highly recommend! ✨

I never thought I’d give any shoppers a five star review but I just have to say the younger lady working cash today around 3pm really was so kind and positive. This world definitely needs more people/ customer service workers like her.

Over a week or so ago I came in to this location looking for a specific perfume. Maddy helped me, she wasn’t normally scheduled in the beauty section and was transparent about that. She made me laugh and helped me find exactly what I needed. She was absolutely lovely the entire time. I will come back to this specific location because of this great experience. I hope she is valued and supported here, because she is a customer service gem and Shoppers is extremely fortunate to have her. Thanks, Maddy.
