Shoppers Drug Mart

I had a great experience at Shoppers today. An employee , Victoria, went out of her way to help me find a product. She was helpful and kind. I'm not crazy about Shoppers as a corporate entity but that's doesn't detract from great staff.

Extremely disappointing experience with the pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart Pen Centre. As a Registered Practical Nurse, I expect a basic level of professionalism and patient-centred care — unfortunately, this location consistently falls short. On multiple visits, months apart, my prescriptions were filled incorrectly by the pharmacist. When I raised concerns and asked for accountability, I was met with condescension rather than ownership or problem-solving. Instead of listening to patient needs, the pharmacy staff talk down to customers and dismiss legitimate questions. The overall customer service from the pharmacy team is poor. Interactions feel patronizing, and concerns are not taken seriously. This is not the standard of care patients deserve, especially in a healthcare setting where accuracy, communication, and respect are critical. Im no longer a client at this pharmacy. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a supportive or patient-focused experience.

Came in to buy a cologne without really knowing anything about it and the perfume counter employee Giovanna was super helpful and kind, definitely improved my shopping experience!

I was going to buy a lottery ticket in the store as I do on some visits but November 5th will definitely be the last time I ever will shop there. Cashier accused me of threatening and all other accusations I hope no one would ever go threw dealing with Sue. I felt I was totally unwelcomed in the store. But to be accused of threatening an employee. I never ever once have I ever threaten an employee that worked at this location. Just to be backstabbed like that. I'll go to a different location. I won't return for a very long time.

Went to pick up some perfumes for my and my father's birthday. The customer service was astounding and very patient with me. I'm very happy with the selection they had and the options for gifts.
