Shoppers Drug Mart

Would not recommend i tried calling to get some information and before I could even finish my question the woman hung up on me... I tried calling back to see if it was an accident and she answered and put me straight to hold without saying a word and kept me there hoping I'd hang up... I will be going in to complain to the manager about how ignorant their staff is... if you couldnt help or didnt know the answer you could have said so

If there were 10 stars, I would give them all to Shoppers North End. Our family has been doing business with them since we arrived in 1981. I have never had an issue and the staff are wonderful. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

People are so quick to give a negative rating if there's any kind of hiccup in getting their prescription. What they don't realize is that more times than not, it's the doctor that's delaying the whole process. So don't let the rating deter you from using this place. I too have had some hiccups. I can tell you, this place is far better than others as that they still do everything they can to try to get what you need. My previous doctor was not the most competent at getting my prescriptions in. They would go above and beyond to try to get a hold of my doctor, while trying to do their own job. I find anybody who answers the phone to be pleasant, kind and helpful. I have been with this pharmacy going on 3 years now and I will be sticking with this pharmacy. I appreciate all their hard work, humanity and professionalism.

I had an incident at this store and could not believe how the store manager handled what happened. I was crouched down looking at a product, went to stand up and to my suprise, as I was trying to stand up, my shoulder bumped something and knocked it off the post and it came crashing down on my head and almost knocked me out. That item was a full size fire extinguisher. There was another customer right there and saw the whole thing. First of all, what is a fire extinguisher doing hanging off a post right in the middle of an isle and why was it not properly secured?! I immediately reported this to the store manager and her response was a giggle and said “That isn’t even supposed to be there”. I left the store after the lack of care on the staff side and filed a complaint which stated that someone from the management would get in touch with me and no body ever did.

Lori, Sandy and Hannah are THE BEST! I cannot say enough about this SDM location. I have been dealing with them for years and years and would not go anywhere else! Warren is amazing. I had a weekend emergency as my doctor of course unavailable on the weekend and Warren ensured that I was looked after. Always a smile and a laugh when in monthly for my prescriptions. Also love that they text you to let you know when your prescription is ready for pickup.
