Shoppers Drug Mart

I pick up my medicine here and mail at the post office. Very simple from me. 😊

Heidi at the post office is horrible. She’s rude and has no customer service skills. The gentleman in front of me was not fully fluent in English , and she was very ignorant towards him. I will be going to a different location going forward to use the post office.

Shoppers Drug Mart, Grantham location Chris, in the pharmacy is a true gem. To the rest of the staff, you're just a number. I visit this pharmacy solely because my parents get their prescriptions from this location. Otherwise the Lakeshore road Shoppers has been our family's go to for many years. The professionalism is unbeatable there. They truly care, and will make you feel valued. This is the opposite of the experience that I've had at Grantham.

I had a five-star experience at this Shoppers Drug Mart, unlike getting denied service at the Lake & Carlton Shoppers Drug Mart. There is a gentleman named Ravi working at this pharmacy, whom I first met at the Bunting & Welland Shoppers Drug Mart. He is so helpful and informative!

The store itself is dingy and gross. The only reason I would ever go in there is for the post office. When I last went to pick up an item at the post office (inside the Shoppers) the lady working the counter was absolutely wonderful, super friendly and very helpful. This Shoppers location is in dire need of remodeling and updating. 😑
