Have never had any issues with Shoppers in Stamford Centre. Store is always clean with friendly knowledgeable staff. Amanda in the pharmacy is always a great help to me.
View on GoogleI think his name is Fatett, and he provided awesome customer service. I was using the self-checkout, and he came over to help me and made sure I got my 20× the points. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Great experience overall
View on Google**Edit owner reached out to apologize added stars as thank you for addressing issue** No idea why but these guys decided to close their doors at almost 10 to 6:00 today we roll up at 5:53 and us along with five other people are greeted to a locked door. I don't know why you have business hours if you want to close almost 10 minutes early
View on GoogleWe just moved in the neighborhood and it was only my second time shopping in this particular location. Got this item on Nov 4 at 9:50 PM. I wanted to return because I found out it has extra tarriff that was not indicated on the price display. I was not given a receipt by the teller guy with a curly hair. Went back the next night to return and this old lady with a gray hair who acts like the store manager said they cannot accept a return without a receipt. While I understand that, it wasn’t my fault their teller did not give me one. I shown my scanned Optimum PC card for the points but she didn’t bother. I found out they can pull the receipt up if they want to. I This old lady with her condescending look wasn’t helpful at all, and a bit rude (confirmed by the previous reviews about her here). She doesn’t know exactly what to do even if I was willing to pay more for an exchange with a more expensive item. It was an unpleasant and annoying experience that I decided to just give up. This “manager” should not be in the frontlines. Not surprised at all that there are other reviews here about their bad experience with her.
View on GoogleI called with to request a new prescription refill for my 93 year old mother. The Doctor sent a fax to the pharmacy. I have not heard a word from them and it is the 24th. When I called, I was told the fax arrived on the 17th. I asked, why I had not been notified or it filled? I was then asked, "do you wanted it filled". YES! I asked again why it had not been filled. I was told, it couldn't be filled untill the 19th. ....ok, then why wasn't it filled then? This is what she said. If you want the prescription filled, you needed to call and tell us to fill the prescription ???? What? After YOU receive the prescription, I have to call You! And say, fill the prescription? Why would I have the pharmacy fax the Doctor for a new prescription, if I don't want it filled. That's ridiculous . So! when prescriptions are faxed, they are not filled, untill I call and TELL them to fill it...that's a new one! Seems if your Doctor sends the fax of your prescription a couple of days early, ( so you can have your meds on the day you need them) they just don't bother filling it. Even on the day it's due. I guess they don't keep track of things very well.....Terrible. Just admit you forgot about it. I wish I could say this was the only issue we've had. Way too much frustration. I will be moving my families prescriptions to another pharmacy.
