Shoppers Drug Mart

I have a optimum card I've had it for 2 years and it's not working. She put it on my phone it's saying that's not registered all the coins that I've gained or all erased and I shop there at least two to three times a week I find that I want my points back all that money I've spent and I'm not getting any credit for it and I need someone to speak to you I went up to the cosmetic counter and the lady behind the counter was so rude and said it wasn't her problem I need to speak to somebody about the points I'm losing at your store and only your store shop at and no frills you know which points I could have it's been 300 a week at the grocery store I spent $300 a week at your store and the cashier's will let you know I do so please help me figure this out so I can get my points back and I still can't use my card so that I can use my card that's what it's for

We came in close to closing time to ask about getting a passport photo for our 2-month-old baby, and the associate who helped us was incredibly kind and accommodating. He was patient, and really made an effort to get a good photo despite how tricky baby passport pictures can be. We truly appreciated that he didn’t rush us and still gave great service even though it was near closing. After a frustrating experience at another location earlier that day, this totally turned things around for us. Big thanks to him — excellent customer service and very much appreciated!

This Shoppers Drug Mart is one of the nicest locations I’ve visited, and I’m very happy to give it a five-star review. The staff here are extremely friendly, patient, and welcoming. Every time I come in, the employees greet customers with a positive attitude and are always willing to help, whether it’s finding products, answering questions, or assisting at the pharmacy counter. Their service makes the shopping experience feel warm and comfortable, not just transactional. Another thing I really like about this store is its product selection. In addition to the usual pharmacy, household items, cosmetics, and daily essentials you would expect at Shoppers Drug Mart, this location also carries some frozen vegetables and food items, which is quite unique and very convenient, especially for busy families or people who want quick meal options. It’s not something you see in every Shoppers, and it makes this branch stand out in a positive way. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Shelves are clearly labeled, the layout is straightforward, and it’s easy to find what you need without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Even during busier hours, the environment remains calm and pleasant. Overall, this is a very special Shoppers Drug Mart location with great service, a friendly team, and some thoughtful product choices that go beyond the standard setup. It has definitely become one of my preferred stores in the area, and I’m happy to recommend it to others.

Horrible customer service ever you can find in “only Pharmacy section” We are local and always visit Shoppers Drug Mart on Victoria avenue, and this is last visit since there is no care or respect anymore for the clients, high level arrogance and carelessness. People in Pharmacy section has memorized answers for all prescriptions “30 minutes” and after they let you wait they just simply chit chatting behind the counter while you are waiting to grab your medicine, and you ask them when it is going to be ready it will take more time than usual as punishment because you are interrupting their conversation. No more Shoppers Drug Mart, we will find local pharmacy who take care of their clients without any arrogance

This is my local Shoppers Drug Mart and I like this one. The staff are great, from the ones I've talked to. The lady that works at the cash before you walk out and has an accent, you are so sweet. Always so happy and smiling and it's hard not to smile yourself to. When I went to the pharmacy one day, recently, I got something and came to pay at the counter and I started laughing because there was a tiny PacMan ghost figurine by the register on your side and it was just so cute. We started talking about those little characters and how you see PacMan everywhere but not the ghosts. Anyways, the pharmacists are great there. A pharmacist lady was talking to me about liking my pants because they had riots in them, but said you couldn't wear them because your son doesn't like them and I just think you should wear anything you want, girl. There will always be haters on anything anyways. Pharmacists call me by name without looking at the computer is nice. They remember you and others i'm sure, but it's just nice sometimes, I guess. Thank you for everything you guys do. I see you guys do what you can for patients that get their prescriptions filled and if there's a problem you do end up fixing it but you try at least. Not like others in other places who will say they will do something and not do it at all. You guys are quick and don't hold up a line for any reasons. Thank you and see you guys soon.
