Shoppers Drug Mart

The store manager, cosmetics manager and postal mgr are all people I deal with regularly when I go into the shoppers drug Mart in Fort Erie they are absolutely amazing. Every one of them has standing. Customer service is very helpful. I have not had a bad experience in hair. As far as the pharmacy goes. I don't deal with them for a lot but when I have had to ask questions or has to find something they've come out, they've helped me find it. They've been very good as well. I highly recommend The Shoppers.

Been coming here for over 5 years now for my prescriptions and have always had 5⭐️ service ☺️ Chirag Trivedi is whom I usually deal with …. He is professional, knowledgeable and treats me the upmost kindness. Prices are great and I feel very cared for here! Chirag always remembers my name my prescriptions my dates and I would never go anywhere else. It’s so worth the drive for peace of mind and familiarity!! Thank you to the Shoppers Fort Erie team!🙏

The manager is rude, harsh and loud. She deals with customers in such a negative, demeaning and disrespectful manner. Yelling so the store can hear everything being said. Witnessing this happen to another customer who was simply wanting the posted sale prices to be honoured was crazy. This poor person being yelled at in front of a bunch of other customers. If you aren’t going to honour the posted sale prices then you shouldn’t post them! That is on the manager, not the customer. And shame on you for treating them like a child. How embarrassing for you as a manager. Horrible customer service. Especially when the customer was treating you with a respectful and calm manner.

If I could give them a negative rating I would! Absolutely worst customer service. Linda the manger and Irene, doesn’t understand the binding contract of consumers and business by receipt. The manager over promised on the phone that I can bring my product back and only to bring me by the store to only reject it. Also on their website it doesnt specify anywhere why beauty products are not accepted back.. I didnt use the product, the safety seal was broken. They should accept this back due to health concerns. Shoppers drug mart should state clearly what their policy is at thw time of purchase and also not over promise only to turn me away. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The absolute worst Shopper's to deal with. My wife went in to get an item that was advertised online for $12.50 on sale, regular $24.99. Well Fort Erie had it priced as $20.99. Yes, the website says "Price, promotions, and stock availability subject to change." I understand this! Which the manager argued with for 10 minutes about, and was VERY rude and berating! BUT when you key in your postal code to "Check Availability" for the FORT ERIE location, the price should change to reflect THEIR in store price if they are not going to abide by the online pricing. It's 2025, this isn't fancy technology, this is common and done for any large store! If they have the ability to show how many are in stock for said location, they also have the ability to show the price said item at said location is priced at. Shame on you Shopper's Fort Erie, this is just plain BAD BUSINESS. You aren't the only Drug Store in town, and you sure as heck aren't the cheapest. Going forward, I will be taking all my purchases and perscriptions to Rexal or Walmart, so I am not wasting my gas with your false advertising.
