Shoppers Drug Mart

As a senior citizen I am at the Pharmacy quite often picking up prescriptions for either my husband or myself. I have always found the staff to be very kind and helpful, even on the busiest of days. They have always been very professional and have helped me with a lot of questions, always pointing me in the right direction. It is a busy place so patience and understanding goes a long way.

Had the flu shot tonight - Hemal was so nice and the staff their very friendly and quick to take care of my family. Thanks !!!

I’ve had consistently bad experiences with this pharmacy. There seems to be a problem almost every time I try to pick up my medication. Most recently, I went in at night to get my prescription filled. They told me it wasn’t ready and to come back in the morning. When I returned the next day, they said it still wasn’t ready and asked me to come back in 30 minutes. I explained I had to go to work, so I told them I’d return after. When I finally came back after work, I was told they had run out of pills and would need to order more. This is just one example, but it reflects a pattern of disorganization and poor service. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when it comes to something as important as medication. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy based on my experiences.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure having my make up done with Nancy, the incredibly talented makeup artist at the Beauty Boutique in Shoppers Drug Mart, Fonthill, for a promotional photo shoot for my salon, Salon Allegra. From start to finish, Nancy was nothing short of amazing! She expertly matched the makeup to my wardrobe, creating a flawless look that truly elevated the entire shoot. Her professionalism and skill were evident as she transformed my vision into reality. I was also thrilled to discover that she recommended several fantastic products, which I happily purchased. Nancy's expertise and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I can't recommend her enough! Thank you, Nancy, for making me look and feel fabulous!

Customer service is nonexistent. Horrible, unprofessional, rude, completely useless. Staff don’t care about you nor your needs. I called several times to remind them about the medication that I had ordered as they initially gave me only seven pills due to a shortage. Yesterday when another medication was delivered to me, important one was missing and non of them called to explain. This morning after being on hold for 20 minutes , I talked to Michelle and she was exceptionally rude. “I am sorry“ or “ thank you” are non existent in her vocabulary. When I mentioned that maybe is better to move my business to another pharmacy, she said “ It’s up to you!”. I am considering to do just that . I miss my pharmacy in Toronto.
