One word...AMAZING! I stumbled upon Shenzy Beauty Salon around November 2023 when I was actively searching for a braid stylist. Being that I am new to the Niagara region, I had no idea where to go. Thankfully I came across her Instagram page where I was able to view her neat styles. I instantly fell in love and decided to contact her with my queries. Shenzy was very responsive and answered all my questions accurately and professionally even up to the time that I was ready to set an appointment. Additionally ,the appointment booking process was extremely seamless. On the day of my appointment, I truly enjoyed my time with the beautiful ambience; very clean and organized. My hair was completed in a timely manner and came out beautifully! It was certainly worth the price! Shenzy will not hesitate to make you feel very comfortable with her warm and welcoming personality and chef's kiss professionalism. She has gained a new client and I do recommend her 100%.
