Used to be great, the guys working there were charismatic and on point. Since the renovations almost every time I pull up I'm waiting along with others for like 5 mins for the solo employee to come out of their vape shop next door. And the one guy gets all frustrated that we want to pump our gas, not sit in our cars waiting indefinitely. Twice now its been long enough that myself and the person I was talking to just left

Shell payment App didn’t work. I then had to go in & pre-pay. Some rambling explanation about certain pumps are prepay only while other ones you can fill first and pay after. What a hassle!!! How am I supposed to know how much gas to purchase to fill my tank. Just let me show up… fill up… and pay at the pump.

It says here open at 7am but we came at 9:15am to get gas and no one is here. We tried paying at the pump but it says transaction not approved. Wasted our time for at least 30 minutes. If you are a business owner please be responsible or better yet give up your store and let another one do it better. Also change your time here if you are not even open at 7am!!!
