Self serve cash wash hasn't been open in a year take it off your listing.

Essentially wouldn't cash out my Lotto tickets bc I didn't buy gas...pretended Lotto machine was 'down', it wasn't. I've worked customer service selling Lotto. I just laughed at the guy and walked out. Doesn't bother me any, but i'll never be back. I don't buy gas here anyways. I go out of town since Port prices are always at least 20 cents higher.

Filled up on Tuesday May13. On Wednesday my car broke down and the shop said it's bad gas. I have all the documentation. Tried calling but phone number doesn't work. The dealership told me I'm not the first car to have bad gas from here. I will be seeking compusation. Shell is refusing to pay for the damages. If a lawyer or the paper or the news can reach out please do.

Scanned my CAA card for 3c per litre less but my receipt didn't show any savings. Operator said the pumps are old and aren't able to give the discounts. He said that we have to go in first and scan for the discount before you pump gas. There's no signage at the pumps to notify you of this requirement.

Pulled into gas station during a work day in Port Colborne Ontario, gas was about $1.53 on sign. Pulled up to a pump with a sign saying all out of premium gas but I just wanted regular. There was a truck there and I assumed it was the premium gas so I paid for my gas only to find out all tanks were empty. The guy working there, probably the owner as I have spoke to him a few times now, was outside with the gas truck guys. He yelled over to wait 10 minutes for gas. I didn't have ten minutes. So I went in for a refund. Guy refused saying it was my fault and takei it up with my bank. He also left me waiting about five minutes to ask for a refund. Terrible way to do business. This station needs to be shut down. He acts like we all have money to throw away. I will post reviews and tell everyone to avoid theis station. I can't stress enough how badly I was treated. I would give zero stars if I could. I want my money back. I should add that he put the big sign to zero after I paid then lied saying I need to look. It just kept getting worse.
