Worst service ever. I went into the store to get coins to use the air pump for my tires. The cashier gave me the coins and, when I asked if the machine was working, she confirmed that it was. While I was filling air into my tire, it suddenly went flat. I went back inside to explain what happened, and the cashier then said it wasn’t their responsibility and told me to talk to the car wash employee. When I spoke to him, he said they were not responsible for the air pump either. I asked to speak with a manager, but the woman who showed up seemed just as clueless and told me to use another air pump that clearly had a “Not in Service” sign on it. Everyone kept saying it wasn’t their responsibility. If that’s the case, why is the air pump even on the gas station premises? And if it wasn’t working, why wasn’t there a sign posted? Now I’m left dealing with a flat tire because of their negligence.The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing or which equipment was actually working, which caused unnecessary chaos and completely ruined my day. Because of their negligence, I had to pay extra money to get my tire fixed-something the store should have taken responsibility for. Extremely poor service and very frustrating.

Great price and car wash. I never see a clean public washroom that they have for customers. Amazing job 👏 🙌

Awful station experience & Awful head off customer service experience - purchased a carwash - asked the attendant that I need wax applied to my car during the wash. he sold me the ticket and in the carwash the wax was never put on. I went back to him, he said there is nothing he can do. I absolutely hated the experience with this shell station as car wash prices are already too high. Maybe it's because the attendant did not speak English well - maybe he did not hear me properly when i stated my request. I am requesting a full refund of my carwash. Head office said they would not refund the car wash however want lots of details and pictures of receipts sent to them on a special website link to "improve customer service". I could not believe they want me to do their job for free!

I haven't bought anything here, but rather I came with a bunch of questions about the car wash. The staff was so courteous and informative, I had to leave this five-star review. The car wash here is an automated soft cloth car wash, not touchless. There is a 10% CAA discount for single car washes. They have a monthly membership for car washes, which pays for itself After two uses. It allows one car wash per day for a month!

This location recently went had renovation. Late last year, and it looks fantastic. This is the closest gas station to this plaza and the prices are a little bit higher than the average for this area. The convenient store in the gas station has a great selection and provides excellent service. The only downfall is the higher than average price for fuel.
