Shaw Club Hotel

We tried to make and reservation, but had some questions about the area and hotel. The 1st person refused to answer any question before we made a reservation. The 2nd call we made, if it was an actual person and not some AI voice, hung up on me. If this is the service that i can expect from this hotel then it is safe to say I will never go there, or recommend to anyone. you should be embarrassed by your conduct.

The Shaw club hotel is a cute place to stay right in the heart of Niagara on the lake. It is clean, the staff are friendly, and the spaces are bright and welcoming. We were celebrating an anniversary and they left us a complementary bottle of wine, which was a really nice touch. We also had breakfast included with our stay and it was delicious. The deluxe room was somewhat small and looked out on the dumpsters but it had a big jetted tub which was great. Overall had a great stay and would return.

My husband and I stayed 1 night at the Shaw Club Hotel. The room was nicely decorated with a fireplace. The bathroom was a bit small. The room had 2 small lamps that had a chain to turn on and off but they didn't work. We had to unplug both lamps to sleep. The harvest promotion included breakfast at Zees which was very good.

I had an amazing stay at The Shaw Club! The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and quick to assist with any request. The location is fantastic in the town of Niagra-on-the-lake, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the lake. The highlight, though, was the adorable pet fish they provided in the room! It added such a fun, unique touch to the experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

We stayed at the Shaw for 1 night while attending a concert. We stayed in the petite room. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. I left a necklace in my room and they got in contact with me right away to get it back to me before I left town. The room was small but it's all we needed for our quick stay. The breakfast package was great! We both got the eggs benedict and it was delicious! We will be back!
