Unfriendly reception/no reception. They will only speak to you through the intercome and the lady who answered had a hard time hearing me and was unhelpful.

Staff are fantastic, very polite and caring. The home is always clean. Good to see they are on track to open another LTC in Hamilton for 2026.

My inlaws are very well cared for. Shalom is very clean and the staff do an amazing job taking care of their residents and treat them with dignity and respect. Thank you Shalom!
