When buying a vehicle you should be able to trust the dealer .I drove 3 hours to buy a work van so I wasn’t able to take the vehicle to my mechanic so I trusted this establishment when they told me the car was in good condition and it past the safety and it had no issues . When I got back to my city I took it straight to my mechanic the very next day only to find out it was full off issues brakes were bleeding , controle arm was ready to fall off . Battery didn’t even have a holder it was just sitting on a peace of plastic . Had no working air bags and tires were to low to pass safety. And when I called Shadow auto to ask them to fix these issues they said they’re not putting anymore money into this vehicle and I already purchased it so it’s my problem now I ended up spending over 2k to make it safe to drive especially since my son drives with me a lot and they offered me nothing actually sounded like they were happy to finally get rid of this lemon .so i definitely wouldn’t trust this establishment
View on GoogleWe had a great experience from start to finish. Dylan, Kyle and Puneet were very professional, took the time to answer any questions and explained the warranty program. When we Picked up our vehicle, there was a red bow in it and they really made us feel valued. Thanks guys for a memorable experience! We will be back!
View on GoogleHonestly this dealership is great! I started out with seeing how their financing works and they deal with anything. I found a car I liked and Kyle was the sales person. He showed us 2 options. One was nice and the other was the one we wanted to test. He was polite every step of the way and very respectful. Next came Puneet to do the paperwork and financing. He took his time to show and explain every step and did not make us simply do a rush sign like most places. He was patient and cared that we were happy with our decisions. After I bought the car I had a couple concerns and issues. This is where Dylan came in. He could've just said it's a used car and that we have to deal with it, instead he went above and beyond helping us out with the vehicle even after the sale. The overall process has been great thanks to the 3 guys I have dealt with. It could've been a nightmare but it hasn't. The people that work here actually care and take good care of their customers. I would 100% recommend this place!
View on GoogleKyle, Puneet and Dylan did a great job helping me purchase my new (used) car. The test drive process was smooth and simple, and they took the time to thoroughly explain my options for financing and warranty. Reception was friendly and ready to help. Kyle communicated with me openly over text throughout the week until it was ready for pickup (the car needed a few things). Puneet even offered me some of his personal chocolate stash when my blood sugars got too low! Great customer service experience and I love my new car!
View on GoogleMy partner and I booked a test drive for a vehicle at Shadow Auto for 430pm. We received multiple calls from a young gentleman by the name of, Ben, at 3, stating that there was another person there who was ++interested in the vehicle and asked if we could come in sooner to test drive as they wanted to allow us to have a test drive due to “first dibs”. We couldn’t show up sooner due to our work schedule, plus I didn’t fall for this poor sales tactic. We show up for our scheduled appt at 4:30. Ben was standing inside the doors so we introduced ourselves. The entire time, Ben referred to my partner as “Bro”, “Brother”, multiple times, not once by his name. He also spoke a mile a minute and was rushing around all flustered. By the time he swung the car around for us, and we pulled out of the parking lot, the car wasn’t accelerating as it should, had the pedal to the metal and was slow moving/sluggish. We just thought it was the car. But then came on the engine light, the throttle control warning light and also the “Service Airbag” warning. Photos were taken for proof. When we brought the car back, Ben came outside and asked how it went. We straight up told him “No thanks” and that there were many engine lights on that we weren’t interested in a dud. He was flustered. Jumped into the car, started it and goes “oh yeah, my managers aware of the engine light but let me have him quickly read the warnings”. He kept insisting that we wait for them to confirm the reading so we can discuss financing. After many minutes of Ben and his manager trying to convince us to stay, we gave our final No, and left and told them to call us instead since we didn’t want to wait there longer than we had to. Sure enough, they called us 10 mins later to tell us it was an engine dashboard light and not to let the engine lights scare us away and proceeded to try to book us back to discuss financing. Overall poor experience. Poor sales tactics and salesmanship, didn’t even take the time to build a rapport to find out what we were looking for, really goes to show they just wanted this car gone. I get it, but no shop like this will be getting my $, just another typical car salesman.
