I had an ongoing mysterious problem with my car that two previous mechanics were unable to figure out. Because of that, that I thought I would just have to put up with the inconvenience. One of my friends recommended S&G Automotive and I went there to get an oil change and have some needed brake work done, which was completed very satisfactorily and efficiently. Also, Samantha was very friendly and helpful and patiently and thoroughly explained pricing etc. When I was leaving, the young mechanic from there saw me boosting my car (that was part of the inconvenience of the ongoing problem) and he said that if anybody could fix it, Charlie could. A few weeks later I brought my car back to their shop and Charlie got to the bottom of the mysterious car problem and solved it! I can't tell you how relieved I am to have a car that starts every time. I will definitely continue to go there for all my car needs and will highly recommend them to any and all. He is the "Sherlock Holmes" detector of auto mysteries.

Have been going to this shop for years, always a great experience and fair pricing. But recently when I went in the new girl at the desk was very friendly and very knowledgeable if she doesn't now the answer she will ask her husband. The mechanics are 5 star and if they see a problem with my car they diagnose the problem and explain it to me. There very customer oriented.

Great experience at this locally owned auto shop. The staff were friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. No pressure, fair pricing, and the work was done when promised. It’s nice to find a place you can actually trust — I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone.

Customer service has gone down hill fast! The new lady at the front desk does not listen and seems unable to book a simple oil change. Now my engine may be ruined because they don't even top up any fluids as a courtesy. You couldn't have taken 10 minutes to check that my oil was dangerously low? Thanks for an expensive mistake. I will never bring my vehicle here again.
