I recently went to this Service Ontario location to replace my driver's license, as I had misplaced my wallet. After waiting in the line for 10 minutes, I was told when I approached the counter that I could only maje a payment with debit or credit, as the cash box had already That is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! When the office is open until 5pm, then all services should be offered until 5pm, including paying cash, when many people using the services have misplaced their wallet and are likely going to pay cash. In addition, if there is a time limit on being able to pay by cash, it should be CLEARLY posted, to avoid a waste of time. You can do better, Service Ontario.

Im sure that I said my unit number. She couldn’t admit that she made an error, but turn to make me into the scapegoat and Gaslight me that I never said my unit number. She also was trying to press me on how I should be changing my address within 60 days like what are you gonna do? 🤣🚨👮🏻♀️? Do your job, its expected that we make human errors. you don’t have to redirect your anger to me. Thank you, you gave me more reasons to not come back to small pool of st catharines anymore

View on GoogleToday I visited this location, and I wanted to sincerely apologize to the ServiceOntario employee(lady) who was verbally abused and screamed at by a customer. She was only trying to do her job and help, and she did not deserve to be called names or cussed at. After she was cussed at she kindly told him he’s welcome to visit another location if he is unhappy and expressed she was only trying to help him. No one should have to deal with that kind of treatment, especially when they are doing their best to assist people. To that employee, I’m truly sorry you had to experience that. You handled the situation with professionalism and patience, and you deserved respect, not hostility. I hope you know that many of us appreciate the work you do every day. Thank you for your service and for continuing to stay kind even when faced with unacceptable behaviour.

Everytim I go to this office, they give feelings that they heat what they are doing and they act with you based on that, except one nice lady and she is the only one is smiling at your face, it is very easy to recognize her. It is horrible service... BAD SERVICE. Plaese try to improve your services, if you care.
