Thank you for the Service. This place is the most pleasant to do the business. Took less than 5 minutes to finish my 4 cards, addresses etc. The best place ever!! It's better than 5+star* Thank you
View on GoogleI don’t think it’s possible to be anymore unhelpful than they are at this location. Showed up to renew my health card and brought my Bank statements, most recent paystub, 16 page rental agreement, Canadian passport, birth certificate and ID yet received condescending remarks by the clerk, whom called over a manager with equal if not more distain for his job. With my address the same on all documents, I was told they were apprehensive about continuing my renewal as they could not see the location of which Walmart I most recently shopped at on my statements. My proof of address , pay stub and bank account which already requires two pieces of mail to confirm all coincide yet walmart is the tie breaker? I have no words for the justification or logic of the staff.
View on GoogleHorrible service from some lady with long wavy hair and a thick accent and her supervisor Rick, both of whom either should take classes in how to work with the PUBLIC who pay their salaries or be fired. They come across as tyrannical and authoritative and are generally unpleasant. Remember folks, WE THE PEOPLE pay their salaries. Think about that. Edited to say kudos to the young man at the front reception who was very polite and helpful.
View on GoogleI recently visited ServiceOntario to renew my health card, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. I left feeling sad and uncomfortable due to the poor customer service I received. The staff were not welcoming or kind, and there was a noticeable lack of empathy and professionalism. It felt like there was no real commitment to helping customers, and the atmosphere was cold and dismissive. One employee in particular stood out for being especially rude and unapproachable, which made the experience even more difficult. I hope ServiceOntario takes steps to improve the quality of their service and trains their staff to treat people with respect and compassion. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, especially in public service spaces.
View on GoogleDoor is on St. Paul St. Side. It is to the Right side of the Main Door into the main building. Service was okay. Wait was decent. Free WiFi but is not the best. Get a number when you go inside. Service available in English and French. The waiting area is clean. Lots of signs which can get confusing. Audio and visual list for those waiting. Estimated times are pretty accurate.
