I'm from Welland, but Drive to Port Colborne to this ServiceOntario because Joe and Davine are very helpful by explaining things to the fullest. They take time with the customer . We have had many laughs over the years and I won't go anywhere else. You can tell they really love what they do. I have been in this location many of times over the years and the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We are really lucky to have such incredible customer service in our small town! The line was quick & even though I was panicked after loosing my ID, the clerk made me leave feeling super at ease. Five stars!
