After our basement flooded, Brad came out quickly to provide an estimate. The price was fair and his team was able to start immediately and take care of the disaster right away. They were professional, efficient, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I’m very grateful for their quick response and highly recommend them.

The 2 Wills, Will Tischler and Will Moodie are excellent. They run a tight, efficient, professional team of restorers. I highly recommend the services of ServiceMaster Restore. Their teams are prompt and professional. I dealt with Jason and Brad regarding a restoration project at our residence and their teams were efficiently and friendly. The restoration did not take a long time to complete and they kept the work space clean during the restoration. We will definitely be using their services for any future project at our residence.

What an amazing experience! My whole basement flooded and it was a disaster! Service Masters came out very fast. Got everything set up and going to prevent mold and help get the water out. They worked well with my insurance which made it so much easier for me.

So Will Tischer was and his entire team was incredible to work with. They came in a completed the emergency repair on my basement which was flooded this past July 2024. Will was patient with my questions and often checked in on me and the status of my claim, he helped me understand the nuances of my predicament as dealing with your insurance company can often be confusing and flat out scary. There are often many moving parts which you do not control, for instance their is your Agent for example who will recommend using 3rd party Adjusters(experts who examine your flood damage and send it to your insurance company) this can often be confusing because your insurance company in my case CAA has the final say on where to use that inspection or send someone else that they prefer. So imagine multiple people coming in and out of your house in the first 48 hours, trying to take charge when really there is no guarantee you will officially work with them. To be honest there was a lot of confusion around who would be doing the final work on my house all said and done, but Will and his teams job was simple, store personal items carefully, catalogue and dispose of all damaged and unsolvable items(submitted to CAA by Will and his team for review), disinfect and clean, and then comeback a few days later to remove parts of your base boards dry wall, flooring and doors that were contaminated by water. I personally recommend Will and his team to take care of your Emergency needs. And while I ultimately settled with my insurance company I would have happily worked with Will at Service Master had I decided to go through with the repairs thereafter. Word to the wise, just know that this process is long, painful and you are going to need a lot of patience, one of the great parts about working with Will was that he did have patience, often when I wrongfully accused his team sometimes of taking so long when it was really my insurance company that was responsible. Will always either accepted my phone call or if I missed him he would call back usually within 30 minutes. Dude is super nice on the phone and frankly I needed someone I could vent to who was super understanding and listened to my situation. All in all, great guy, company and team.
