worst experience ever. They caused more issues than they fixed and ended up needing to fix and replace more than what was originally quoted.

I wish I could give zero stars, but I guess I will give the one star to the hard working cleaners who are so under paid. Moureen is a terrible Supervisor. She doesn’t communicate properly and is very unprofessional. Along with the other supervisors.

Awful service, completely unprofessional. Booked to have a quote for a house clean in Port Colborne but live in St Catharine's. Drove to the house and no one showed up. Rebooked a week later, drove out to Port Colborne for the service, no one showed up. No one even phoned to say they were not coming, just no showed. Thanks for wasting my time, money, gas and now our project is a couple weeks behind and still not cleaned.

ServiceMaster Clean should absolutely be the first call for any cleaning/janitorial services. They are extremely professional and reliable. Our office has never looked so good.

This company have no respect for your property, belongings, you or the job they are doing. They scratched my car when they used it as a work bench, put a something through the screen on my window, ripped up my grass, and caused damage to the inside of my home when they did the roof. They offered no repair, discount on job and was overly concerned about getting paid. They are dirty, rude and obnoxious. Left cigarette butts and lunch packaging all over my lawn. Using them for my project was a complete fail!
