I had my hair done by Shelly. She’s very skilled when it comes to haircuts — I was really happy with that part of my service. However, my experience with the colour was disappointing. I had existing red tones in my hair, and instead of using an ash tone to help neutralize them, a neutral shade was used and mixed with the ash, which didn’t reduce the warmth. As a result, my hair ended up looking two-toned. I did want to give her the chance to correct it, but the next available appointment was about two weeks out, and I had already been dealing with the uneven colour for that same amount of time.

My hairdresser does a great job cutting my hair and beard. Friendly place. Lots of chatter.

My sister got me a gift card to Serenity and I was so excited to have a good reason to go and treat myself. I used it on a pedicure today and the woman who did it was so wonderful. It was relaxing, private and exactly what I needed. I hardly get any quiet time or time to myself with two small children and the pedicurist seemed to know exactly what I needed. Very happy with the work she did and so grateful for the experience. The entire salon and spa was beautiful and in the perfect location. I’ll be savouring today for a long time. Will definitely go back again!
