Serenity Hearing - Grimsby

I went to Serenity Hearing after seeing them on CH Morning Live as I felt it would be a great place to go for my hearing issues. I was not disappointed, Jess is amazing!! She’s kind, caring and explained everything in great detail. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at all times. Also Shannon at the front desk is very welcoming!! I would 100% recommend this clinic to people, I already have!! Thanks again Jess!!

What an amazing environment…I truly can’t say enough about Jess, Shannon and Wendy, but let me try. First and foremost, I was educated about where my hearing lost was and more importantly, how it impacted my life. I didn’t realize that the reason I struggle to hear my kids is because I have difficulties with high frequency but strengths with low frequency….and when I say I was educated, it was done in the most kind and compassionate manner. No patronizing, no judgement, no “how didn’t you know”, just some straight up information that helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses. As a result of that education, I left feeling so empowered and ready to advocate for my needs. Ok, environmentally you don’t get much better than this. Are you looking for knowledgeable business first staff…they can do that! How about a light and easy going environment intertwined with evidence based testing…they do that too! It really did feel like they were picking up my vibes and energy and matching it all the way. However, that’s not to take away from the informative and knowledgeable experience…just nice to have a smile and laugh along the way. I don’t think anyone really wants to find out they have hearing loss or that it’s getting worse…I know I didn’t. So to find out in a kind and compassionate manner really took some of the sting away. Thank you so much Jess, Shannon and Wendy for being so amazing and I look forward to all our work together.
