Angelique was absolutely fantastic to us in the process of finding the right perfume for my fiancé. She was engaged and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. Very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at and treated us with the best care possible. Answered all of our questions, laughed with us and really made our experience wonderful. In the end we found exactly what we were looking for thanks to her.
View on GoogleI had a great experience yesterday at Sephora. I rarely ever shop in person but I had to go to the mall to return something. I walked by Sephora and realized I needed a new concealer and Tarte was on sale. I went into Sephora and asked if I could be shade matched for a Tarte concealer. Carissa helped me right away. We went through two different shades, we decided on one and both agreed that it would work for me. She wasn’t pushy at all! Overall an extremely pleasant experience and I will definitely go back next time I need something. Thank you for the lovely customer service!

View on GoogleI used to love this location, they had seasoned employees that I recognized each time i came in to buy. Not sure what changed, all new faces, whom many seemed untrained and unqualified. Sephora take the time to train your employees and not throw them to the wolves i dont blame them i blame management/the company. It’s a terrible sign to have such a high turnover rate that each time i come in it seems to be faces ive never seen before. On January 18th i went to purchase a new foundation and the manager told me to wait for an employee for a colour match, they did the facial scan on me and it did not match at all, it was orange and too warm, i felt bad for the employee as she told me she was new and not trained in colour theory, and the machine scan is the only thing used for colour matching.

She guided me, in not only helping me to buy what I was looking for, but she also shared with her own experiences of other skin care products that works best for my skin tone.
