I visited this outlet for five minutes because I wanted to grab some gifts real quick. Paige helped me and made things super easy for me. Was able to pull up the respective account of the person who I wanted to get these gifts for and was able to tell me what I should buy what I shouldn’t buy. She was absolutely amazing. She was quick. She was reliable and she made the whole process easy for me as somebody who does not understand anything about make up. These places. Usually just confuse me, but Paige made it really easy for me.

I went to the Sephora store to look for a specific product, and the customer service was excellent. I asked for help from one of the ladies (she might have been the manager or supervisor), and she was really kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The way she spoke and guided me really impressed me. There was another lady who also helped me — her name was something like Batch or Beige (sorry if I got it wrong), and she was very sweet and helpful as well. Even the lady at the cashier was really friendly and sweet. All of them provided outstanding service. Thank you so much to the team for such a great experience! 🌟

I had a good shopping experience with the help of Paige. I went back to the store to return a foundation that isn’t my shade, and the previous girl said that the foundation (Nars) won’t oxidize, but it did. Paige was so kind to help me with picking a new and different shade and do an exchange instead. Paige also helped me with other stuff and even gave me samples of the Rhode Skincare, which I am trying now. She was knowledgable and talks passionately about the products she was explaining to me. ❤️

I had such a great experience with Malina during my visit to Sephora! I came in looking for something hydrating but still foaming, since I have dry skin, and she immediately recommended the Innisfree Green Tea Cleanser. It was exactly what I needed, and I really appreciated how she explained why it would work well for my skin type. Malina also told me about a toner that’s going on sale for Black Friday . I’ll definitely be returning for that! She even reminded me that I can return any product within 30 days if it doesn’t work for me, which was super comforting since I’m trying something new. Her knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail made the whole experience feel personalized and stress-free. If you’re at Sephora, definitely look for Malina!

Not a good visit with Sephora. I visited store on a random sunday, no one cared to greet me or ask me what I was looking for. Today is my birthday month, I was so excited to buy something for me, as part of my "self care" and treating myself. However, the people were cold over there, everyone was busy talking among themselves. I came by myself, however I believe this is not something Sephora is known for. I took courage to ask a representative, who told me that Sephora canada has some products which doesn't come with SPF protection, but they're available in Sephora US. So unacceptable . While canada is pushing to use it's own products, Sephora canada is not only giving limited options to it's own people, but they are charging additional tax from state tax. Sorry Sephora canada, you lost a valued customer..
