I am so appreciative of my experience at this clinic. When I get a wax buildup in my ear I am pretty much non functional. But I also nervous getting it removed. A big thank you to Jennifer for actually holding my hand and being over-all lovely and to Lara for putting me at ease and making the process comfortable. She definitely knows what she's doing.
