Segue Clinic Niagara Falls

Segue Clinic in Niagara Falls is hands down the best opioid treatment/methadone clinic I’ve ever been to. My doctor, Dr. Derksen, is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also intelligent, respectful, considerate, compassionate, and has a great sense of humour. He also has the kind of street smarts you’d want from an addiction physician — he’s helped me through so much and is by far the best doctor I’ve been fortunate enough to have. Betty and Cheryl keep the clinic running smoothly, like a well-oiled machine. They’re always obliging with kindness, respect, professionalism, and plenty of laughs. Every visit, I’m welcomed with big smiles and positive energy (and yes, even the corny bathroom jokes they post every week make the tough days a little lighter). I’m grateful for all of them, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better treatment clinic. Many thanks to my “Tuesday Team”! 🙏

Been here ten years and the Nurses and Dr’s are phenomenal. Very respectful and knowledgeable. There are locations closer to my house but this clinic is the best.

Betty and Cheryl Are Amazing! They listen when you need to talk and show they care instead of pushing us aside. Iv never met more loving caring nurses. Dr Derksen is also caring about his patients and listens to what we need and helps us through whatever it is. Keep up the great work I'm so happy their apart of my life!!

Love all the staff here! Betty and Sheryl are wonderful and I enjoy catching up with them every week. They make what would normally be a daunting task enjoyable and comfortable and they should be praised for that!

The ladies here are so beyond nice and helpful. The Dr and them truly are there for your well being. So grateful they have the people they do working there.
