Rick is a gem! My laundry machine lost against a baby sock, so I brought it in to Rick. He had my washing machine fixed and like brand new within the same day, saved me some money and to top it off, sent it back nice and clean. That's top tier service right there! I would/will recommend to everyone!

Went in there to see if they had a part for my 18 year old built-in wall oven. He found a part that would work but the male adapter was different. Went out of his way to cut it off and replace it with my original part male adapter and soldered it. My oven works perfectly again and for a fraction of the price compared to buying a new part. Super nice people also!

Went to Second Choice to buy a replacement part for my oven. Rick tested it the old one and said it was still good. He could have easily sold me a new part. Gave me advice on what might be the issue of my oven not working. He was 100 % correct. Totally appreciate his honesty. Will definitely recommend this store, and will be returning if I need any appliances.

I thought I needed to replace the drive belt on my dryer, took it apart before going to pick up the replacement belt and realized it was a drum wheel that was causing my squeaking problem. I spoke to Rick about it and he gave me some advice about how to fix it and made sure I knew exactly what I would need to do the job. Yes the belt would have been a little cheaper ordering it online, but I certainly wouldn't have gotten the lessons or the amazing customer service from any other supplier! Thank you Rick and his lovely wife! I will definitely be back!
