5 weeks ago I had total knee replacement. I couldn’t walk stairs,so physiotherapist was coming home. After bad experience with physio- in hospital, I didn’t expect much. Even more, I thought it’s not going to last long .In hospital physio made me cry from pain.I prepared for the worst. Since I had 5 visits already, I have to tell you: what a difference it makes!!!! My physiotherapist Dana managed to change my attitude toward exercise . Her positive outlook and knowledge made me work with her and continue to do exercises between visits. Every visit Dana would answer my questions, checking on progress. I can’t imagine what I would do without her help. I couldn’t thank enough to her and really believe that every patient deserves such a great professional. Thank you ,Dana !!! Grateful patient ,Nadia B.

I can see by the reviews nothing changes Had care previous to January it was good after that terrible service late by hours didn't help much I found the home care service terrible I cancelled it my husband can assist me better than the one they sent me and he's disable. Pretty sad I am a retired nurse and actually worked for SEN in the nineties care and service and clients needs have gone downhill extremely And weather plays apart in your care I can see bad storms but I've drive a many snowy day for my clients Just ridiculous Wouldn't recommend SEN to anyone

This place is the most unorganized home care I ever did see. The poor PSW ladies can only do what they are instructed. The coordinator is pathetic! My grandmother got released from hospital and is supposed to have at least 2 visits a day, 1 to help her in the morning with breakfast and washing up, the other to put her to bed. How do you even attempt to put a 90 year old woman to bed at 5pm? These ladies are supposed to come at 8 am and 9 pm. I may add she has a catheter, so that needs to drained. Kind of hard if no one is there. This service is the worst I have ever seen! I am definitely going to look jnti changing companies. You call amd leave a message for the office ti call you back, no return call for days...... This is in Hamiltion Ontario.....

Really awful service! My mom is terminally ill and received palliative nursing from this agency. They do not provide any services. No one shows up most days and when they do show up they are in a rush. They don't read the care plan and don't have any clue what my mom needs. I am tired as a care giver to seek help from nurses when they really don't see my mom as a patient but just a number. Care coordinator had no empathy. She expects me to be a full time nurse for my mom then why am I signed up for this service? This system and these people need to be replaced with humans who care for others and the sick.

The home care co-ordinator had no empathy or understanding of a patients needs. How can a woman who had a double mastectomy be expected to drive out of town for care when you can’t even wear a seatbelt properly. The nurse that came to my home caused me the most excruciating pain as she tried to tug my drain out without removing the stitches holding it. I hesitated to write a review but feel it may be the only way we see change in care when needed.
