Scottish Inns Niagara Falls, Canada

Stayed for the weekend and let me say the only good thing was who I assume is the owner...Nice gentleman but the room itself was absolutely disgusting. Let me explain it was so dirty from the floors to the bathroom...Baseboards were disgusting so much dust, door to the bathroom was dirty and what looked like it was broken...the fan doesn't work in the bathroom and is full of dust ( looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months..shower curtain had mold and soap scum on it, there is a problem with the sink itself.. doesn't drain properly...The ac is so loud...a bed that is not comfortable and moves when you get up (frame is on wheels) you get 2 pillows and 2 towels, no phone, no kettle or coffee maker...The noise is unbelievable, TV is in the room but you get nothing to watch...Horrible experience, even free I would not stay here ever again..This is not a place to bring children..Absolutely disgusting and top it off we're both sick now with a head cold which I would assume is from not being cleaned properly 🤧 and the dust flying around..i honestly don't understand where some of these reviews came from stating it's a wonderful place and so cleaned...Beware!!! Do your homework first!!!! Spend an extra $100/$150 and stay elsewhere

Location is good. Service is ok. The only thing I would recommend is to clean the rooms more thoroughly. The mirror is dirty, same as the bath tub (bath curtains are covered with red and black mold) and the floor (was absolutely dirty and sticky).

I would like to negative rate this place. I had a terrible encounter at this Scottish Inn. From the moment we arrived, the manager was dismissive and spoke to us in a shockingly rude tone — as if we were an inconvenience, not guests. His behavior was so disrespectful that we didn’t feel safe or welcome staying there. We made the decision on the spot to leave and book another place for the night, even though it was a last-minute hassle. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially by hotel staff. I do not recommend staying here. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually values its guests.

We had an awful experience at this Scottish Inn location. The treatment we received from one of the managers was completely unacceptable — he was extremely rude and disrespectful, speaking to us as if we were beneath him. His behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point where we decided not to check in at all and had to find another place to stay for the night. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A hotel should be a place where guests feel respected and safe — unfortunately, this was the opposite. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic place for a family stay! Very clean rooms - extremely friendly and accommodating staff .. toiletries available in the bath - mini fridge , microwave and comfortable bedding! No need to carry your own bedding! Most importantly Free Parking ! And 10min walk from the Niagara Falls !! Loved the stay and will definitely come back with family.
