I normally wouldn’t go back as far as (almost) five years to write a review, but their lack of care five years ago now costs me daily discomfort, all because a practitioner couldn’t be bothered to send me for an x ray. In October of 2021, I came here after falling off a ladder and hurting my arm. It immediately began to bruise, but thankfully, not broken. I waited 3 hours, which is understandable, all for the doctor to say “just a bruise, here’s a persecution for pain killers” after a five minute consultation- and I timed it. Took it to my pharmacist, who told me that over the counter aleeve would do a lot better. Keep in mind, I could not move my arm without pain. After a few weeks of lingering pain, I went to my family doctor, who immediately requisitioned me for an X ray. Immediately after seeing my x ray, he told me that I indeed fractured it, was appalled at an x ray not initially being requested. My doctor told me the only thing I could do at this point was physiotherapy, and that this whole ordeal could have been better handled, I would be in a lot less discomfort had an X-ray been issued and proper measures taken from the get go. I would highly discourage anyone with any falls/potential physical injury to come here, and instead see your family doctor or go to the hospital.

The best clinic I've ever been to in the last 20 years. The female family physician is so caring and gentle so is her assistant. I felt safe, heard and cared for. Fast results as well. Even the ladies at the front were very considerate and respected my privacy when a person was standing behind me. I will never go to a different clinic. I appreciate each and every one I dealt with. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Every time I go to this place, I always leave furious. This time she tells me that the health card is expired and it’ll cost $120 only at this location to proceed This place is garbage, They always find a reason to send you away Last time they sent my sick daughter away because of the red stripe health card They are coldhearted, brutal people there Why can’t our Canadian healthcare system work properly?

Unfortunately today my daughter has had a horrible toothache. She's 5 and we are awaiting her surgery date. We haven't been able to successfully keep the pain under control. We showed up. And first words from the receptions mouth was, it's a 1 hour wait. I proceeded to hand over my daughter's health card. And to my surprise it was expired. She told us we could pay 130 cash if we would like to see the doctor, and the ATM was located conveniently 1 step behind me. I turned to take out money, ( a minute at tops transaction) and she proceeded to ask the next person in line to register. I promptly interrupted, and said we are registering, and I just need to get the money. She disregarded my firm announcement and continued to ask for the next person in line to come up. If my 5 year old daughter weren't right beside me , Im not sure if I could have kept my composure. Luckily for us we have other options. Will not return and advise others to lesson your expectations. No tact, no compassion, no professionalism.

I took my partner there she had acute eye trauma . The physician there did not diagnose here at all but even worse discharged her with no treatment plan . She most Likely would have lost permanent vision if We didn’t immediately go to the st Catharine’s ER and within a few hours diagnosed by real Physician's with corneal trauma and given a full treatment plan . Places like this should not be staffed with so called physicians. There nothing more and first aid posts billing the OHIP system at physicians rates. Ppl only go there to avoid the wait times at proper care places like a hospital or registered family physician.
