Ussually this branch hasn’t been the best experience for me, but I came in and got helped by purav panna and his customer service was excellent and I felt really happy leaving that day! Definitely recommend getting assistance from him

Keyon, Jeana are absolutely awesome. Whenever I go there they help me and have me the best advice. I just went there and keyon help me apply for credit increase and such a great person. Thank you

The teller told me he can't help me because my request takes time and they're under staffed. I always work till 5 so I guess I can never have my request fulfilled. Very unprofessional will consider other banks as I see all Scotiabank branches have very bad reviews. Also there was like 10 people sitting in empty desks no one came to help the singular teller.

Scotiabank is a good bank overall, but the service at this branch is very slow. Even though they follow a first-come system, the customer service takes too long. I went during my break and ended up leaving without completing my work. Very frustrating experience.

Scotiabank is generally a good bank, but my experience at this branch was disappointing. The service was extremely slow. I understand the first-come, first-served procedure, but customer service efficiency needs improvement. I visited during my work break, and unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time as I had to leave without getting my work done..
