Never enough staff. Banking specialists avoid returning calls and responding to emails and then when you go in branch to get answers they try to encourage you to go home and call in! Make it make sense.
View on GoogleWas supposed to have an appointment with Neelab Sultani. Never called at the appointment time. Set up for the next day and didn’t call again. Wasted my time and so unprofessional! Scotia bank do better!
View on GooglePretty bad experience here the longest wait times I have ever had have been here on the 3 separate occasions I’ve been in. Ordered some money in another currency, had to wait to order it in, never received a call/email as promised when it was ready then got the currency in the wrong denominations as I asked. 2 stars rather than 1 as the tellers were all very nice.

Came in with questions about unknown service charges, along with some big need for financial direction, and got a very negative, very unwilling employee who seemed upset I was keeping her from a coffee break. I really appreciated the ability to get funds from here while in Europe this summer, but as soon as I can find another location/financial institution I'm out of here!

Today I wanted to withdraw $$ from a cash RRSP ... they've put a hold on an account I've not touched for 6 years. all other accounts are active ... and they keep asking me if I'd like to move the $$ ...
