Ashmit made a lot of snarky comments about my situation when I did not want to go with the investment. She kept pushing despite my saying no. I was never treated like this by any previous financial advisor. I sent an email to the branch manager, and they did not even reply back
View on GoogleExcellent service! After looking for a bank near me in St. Catharines, I decided on this Scotiabank branch and I don’t regret it. Mr. Rohith provided impeccable service; he was incredibly professional and kind from the very beginning. It’s a pleasure to be assisted by someone with that level of commitment
View on GoogleI wanted to speak out about a specific teller at this bank named Kyle. This man should not work at the bank with his behaviour. Kyle will not help you with your banking needs and will give you a hard time about it, I know this from experience. This man is mean and unprofessional. I recommend taking your bank needs elsewhere if the tellers are nothing but arrogant. Especially this man who will laugh and scream in your face. We are what makes your bank operate, if you can’t treat us right then you’re not worth our time.
View on GoogleWhen you actually get to a teller, it’s a fine experience. The front line individuals are not the problem. The issue is very poor management and low staffing. Always a minimum 15 minute wait, usually more. Two to three tellers at most. Several overdressed men relaxing and socializing in cubicles, clearly uninterested in helping clear the line. This place clearly services a large number of seniors, but has little regard for the inconvenience of standing in line for so long. Staff the store. Get those guys in the cubicles out and clearing lines. I’m sure the budget is tight, but take some freaking initiative and address the problem. Store managers should be all over upper management to get these glaring, obvious problems addressed.
View on GoogleI give this branch one star, the lowest star rating I could post. I'm speaking about last week. For the third day in a row of last week, I went to the bank to pay an overdue bill. As usual, there were approximately 16 people waiting, and what is stupid is that there are only two employees present to process customer transactions. Everyone works at the slowest imaginable speed. I stood in line for 45 minutes on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I decided that I would not fall into the same trap for the third day in a row. And when you ask them why, the answer is: Employees on sick leave. Really !! Are you guys getting sick with each other as a group here or what? It's very funny and an excuse uglier than a sin and foolishness to customers. This bank, with this situation and the way of dealing with his agents, if he was located in the weakest country in Europe, Asia, or the Emirates, it would have been closed. Because no one will knock on his doors with this bad quality. For me, the only reason I stay here with this bank is that its location is close to my home. Other than that, there is no reason for me to keep my account in this miserable bank. I seriously started thinking about changing the bank because going there is a waste of time. The security guard is on the phone. Enjoying the time during work hours. instead of focusing on the safety of the bank and the customers. You collect taxes from customers and take fees for every bank transaction, but you can not hire four or five employees for processing fast customer transactions. It's disgusting.. Go to Europe and Asia and learn how banks are managed. Scotiabank needs 100 light years to get the quality of the weakest bank found in Europe or Asia or the Emirates. Thank you ...
