I recently visited the branch to close my account and also to use my RRSP line of credit, and I had a very smooth experience. Wendy assisted me throughout the process and made everything simple and efficient. She explained the steps clearly and ensured the entire process was completed quickly. I would also like to thank the branch manager, Rosemary, for her support and professionalism. Both Wendy and Rosemary were extremely helpful, courteous, and made the visit very pleasant. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommended! Try to do the same 2 3 week back but with another bank teller and they simply redirected to another advisor and asked to visit again with an appointment which was very disappointed me.

Don’t ever go to this branch. Take my advice and drive a little far and go to some other branch. People here seems like they don’t wanna work. Really bad customer service. Staff needs training. They don’t even know the basics. Their approach is not at all about helping the customer, instead it seems like they like to just mess around. I would never trust people like this to handle my money and account. Very unpleasant service, the manager herself doesn’t know what she’s doing.
