Loved my experience at Scientific Body Wave Laser & Studio!! I’ve had awesome results getting laser hair removal done with Tracey. Her shop is very clean and welcoming right in downtown Grimsby. My sisters and I came here to get our ears pierced together and we had a great experience! Tracey was so knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The environment was very welcoming and clean and located in a great area in downtown Grimsby, just off the main strip. Located in downtown grimsby this is a super convenient and clean environment. Tracey was really knowledgable and patient with me during my piercing process. My helix had previously been pierced but I thought it had grown in. Once I had met with her she showed me that it hadn't and had worked with me to widen the hole in order to fit an earring back through. It was $28 for the whole experience which was the best pricing I had been quoted. I would highly recommend her

My children and I have been to this studio many times, and every experience has been wonderful. My daughters have had multiple ear piercings done here (lobes and an industrial), and my mom also had her nose pierced. Each time, the studio was spotless, sterile needles were used, and gloves were worn throughout — cleanliness and safety are clearly a top priority. Tracey is incredibly professional and immediately makes you feel safe and comfortable. She takes the time to explain aftercare thoroughly and uses natural products, which I really appreciate. I also loved that she gives clients the option to bring their own jewelry. My girls and my mom all found their piercings to be far less painful than expected. The industrial was a bit tougher during healing, which is completely normal, but Tracey stayed in touch and checked in to make sure it was healing properly — that level of care meant a lot to us. On top of everything else, her pricing is more affordable than anywhere else we’ve been. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracey to anyone, especially families looking for a clean, professional, and genuinely caring piercer.

I have been a client of Tracey‘s since 2015 when she was located on Hamilton Mountain. I have had services of sugar hair removal and laser hair removal done and have had excellent results from her machine. She is now located closer to me in downtown Grimsby which makes travelling to see her even more convenient. Her shop is extremely clean and welcoming which I really appreciate.
