The owner of this building keeps everything clean and secure. He is approachable and tentative Whenever needed . Rent is affordable and rooms are renovated nicely . Building access, parking, and garbage is all stress-free!

Great safe and comfortable environment. Rooms are clean & renovated. Property manager is great at his job & takes care of the tenants.

Owner is vary nice. Great person to talk to. Only seen one room so far but it was all redone and vary nice. I know a few people who live there and all of them really like it. Over all great experience

This Hotel was originally built back in the horse and buggy times. It is being renovated by the new owners and is not finished. Restaurant and bar are not ready for business at this point but when completed will be a great place to visit. Currently rooms are for rent by the month and they varied in price and sizes.
