Been going to Christina for my colour since 2008 - and have followed her to her new spot in the Palazzo Beauty Suites! Her shop is so cute and welcoming - love the flower wall - perfect for selfies! In the last 4 years I have been getting extensions. My hair has never been healthier!! By far the best hair extensions in the Niagara region! I trust Christina’s professional opinion, she is so kind and passionate!!

I went to Salon Tranquility for my hair extensions. I had them in for just under a year and wow, they did not disappoint at all! Christina did such a great job, she is very professional and so sweet! When I decided I wanted a break from them, I had them removed and my hair had actually grown while having them in and did not ruin my hair at all!! If and when I decide to get them reinstalled, I would 100% go back to Salon Tranquility, she is the best around!

I recently went to Salon Tranquility for the first time and had such a great experience! Christina is amazing, she is so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. This was my first time getting hair extensions and I was extremely happy with the results! She is truly the best 10/10 recommend.

Last week I spent $880 on a colour correction by Christina and I'm very unhappy with the results. When I told her I was unhappy that my roots were much darker and not blended into the rest of my hair, she made excuses and did not own up to it. Since no immediate solution was offered, I requested a partial refund. She has since ghosted me and has yet to respond to my last text message. Completely childish and unprofessional.

Christina is a pro at what she does and is a true artist who is clearly passionate about all things hair! She is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to stay up to date with trends and new top of the line products. I’ve never left disappointed with my hair and the company is just an added bonus. Her and Mars have great chemistry in the salon and make it a great time. Whether you’re wanting something simple and natural looking or you wanna leave with the mermaid rainbow hair of your dreams—she can do it all! 10/10 recommend!
